From Our Director
Four Rivers Welcome Center has spent many years serving the immigrant and refugee population of Malheur County. We are excited to expand our work through the launch of El Puente Latino Community Center, a place dedicated to providing comprehensive services for the Latino community in our area. Our focus is on promoting safety, stability, and overall well-being, ensuring that individuals and families have the resources and support they need to thrive.
